Blueberry Crisp

Serves: 6
- 2 cups blueberries
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp cold butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place blueberries into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
- With a pastry cutter, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and cold butter. Blend until crumbled. Stir in the oats.
- Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve immediately. Top with some vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
