Lemon Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Place the chicken into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 3-4 hours.
  4. Cut up chicken and serve over cooked rice.
