Buffalo Chicken Dish

Serves: 4
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 of each bell peppers: red, orange, yellow
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- cooked rice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chicken into a baking pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread 1 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce onto each breast.
- Slice peppers and place onto chicken as well.
- Sprinkle cheese over all.
- Bake 30-45 minutes until done.
- Serve over rice.
