Buffalo Chicken Dish

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 of each bell peppers: red, orange, yellow
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • cooked rice
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken into a baking pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce onto each breast.
  4. Slice peppers and place onto chicken as well.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over all.
  6. Bake 30-45 minutes until done.
  7. Serve over rice.
