Sweet, dense chocolate caramel fudge topped with crunchy sea salt flakes.

Ingredients
1 - 14 oz. can of Caramel Flavored Sweetened Condensed Milk
18 oz. milk chocolate chips
pinch of kosher salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
coarse sea salt for topping
Directions
Line an 8" x 8" pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
In a large sauce pan, melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and pinch of kosher salt over low heat, stirring often, until everything is melted. Take off heat and beat in the vanilla extract with a wooden spoon.
Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for several hours, or until the fudge is firm enough to cut into squares.
