Directions
Mix together the chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Rub all over the tenderloins, using all of the rub. Place into slow cooker. Add lime quarters, bay leaves and garlic cloves.
Carefully pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker, taking care not to remove the rub from pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until fork tender. Remove pork and place onto cutting mat. Shred with two forks. Add reserved juice as needed to moisten the pork.
Serve as is or on tortillas, nachos or salad.
