Ingredients
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans cream of coconut
  • 3 (6 ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients but the lemon-lime soda; blend.
  2. Pour into a plastic container and store overnight in the freezer.
  3. To serve, place 2 scoops in a glass, then fill the glass with lemon-lime soda.
  4. Serve.
