Ingredients
  • 3 c. old fashioned oats
  • ¼ c. SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
  • 5½ c. milk
  • ½ c. peanut butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions
  1. In a pot, mix together the oats, milk, brown sugar, peanut butter, and eggs.
  2. Mix well and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly so you don't burn the bottom, 20 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and top with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until oatmeal is set.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
