Ingredients
  • 1 (12 pack) Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick
  • unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Generously grease or spray a Bundt pan and set aside. Do NOT use a tube pan, or else the liquid will leak out and make a mess in your oven!
  3. Slice each roll into 4-6 pieces and place in a large bowl. Add in the beaten eggs and toss well using your hands.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss into the large bowl and mix well.
  5. Transfer the bread into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until no lumps remain. Pour this over the bread in the Bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Run a knife around the outer edge of the pan and invert it onto a cake plate or other large plate. Serve immediately.
Notes
Leftover monkey bread should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. It can be rewarmed in the microwave or oven.
