This Creamy Chicken and Rice is made in the slow cooker. It's so easy to make and delicious on a cold fall or winter day. Just throw everything into the Crock Pot and walk away!

Serves: 6
Ingredients
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
14 oz. can chicken broth
½ cup chopped onion
3 cups long-cooking rice, uncooked (not instant!)
3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir gently to mix.
Cover and cook on low setting for 4½ to 5 hours until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
Break chicken into bite size pieces; stir and serve.
