Healthy Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ c. oatmeal
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ c. cottage cheese
  • 4 packets no calorie sweetener
  • 2 T. cocoa powder
  • (add 2 T. pecans or walnuts if desired)
  • Toppings:
  • Nuts
  • Fruit
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Syrup
Directions
  1. Place egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, sweetener, cocoa powder and nuts into a magic bullet or blender.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  3. Pour onto a heated greased pan, cook until bubbles appear on top of pancake. Flip and cook the other side.
  4. Best when served warm.
