Healthy Chocolate Banana Pancakes

- 4 egg whites
- ½ c. oatmeal
- ½ banana
- ¼ c. cottage cheese
- 4 packets no calorie sweetener
- 2 T. cocoa powder
- (add 2 T. pecans or walnuts if desired)
- Toppings:
- Nuts
- Fruit
- Powdered Sugar
- Syrup
- Place egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, sweetener, cocoa powder and nuts into a magic bullet or blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
- Pour onto a heated greased pan, cook until bubbles appear on top of pancake. Flip and cook the other side.
- Best when served warm.
