Easy Lemon Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups 2% or whole milk, divided
  • 1 3.4 box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 whole graham cracker crust
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and ½ cup milk until smooth, about 1 minute using a hand mixer.
  2. Add the remaining 1½ cups of milk and instant lemon pudding powder. Beat again until smooth.
  3. Pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and lemon slice if desired. Enjoy!
