Hello again! It’s Mariah from Mariah’s Pleasing Plates! I am so happy to be back to share another fun and easy recipe!
Today is my farewell to summer! Or perhaps me just trying to hang on to what is left of it!
This is our favorite summer drink and was the star of my daughter’s first birthday party…and my have been the only thing that went right that day. We had her birthday in the middle of July, complete with summer theme and pool party….and wouldn’t you know it rained! But that was just the start. Next, the taco man didn’t show up. So I had 50 hungry and wet party goers on my hands with nothing to feed them. But they weren’t thirsty because I had a TON of this punch.
Everyone kept remarking how good it tasted…but perhaps that was them to find something nice to say to the host with soaked seating and no food. It was a disaster! Luckily I have an amazing husband who managed to organize a whole crew to run to 3 different food places to save the day. The rain never stopped but we enjoyed her birthday anyway.
Now every time we drink this punch we will be thinking of Baby Stella’s crazy first birthday! Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!

Dear Mandy and Mariah, this recipe looks so fun. The perfect end of summer hurrah!!! We have the longest candy counter in the world at Chutter’s Candy Store, not too far away. They have the biggest selection of gummies. I know I could find the sharks and fish and probably lots of other gummy sea creatures too….
