This Healthy Fruit Dip recipe is so good. It has Greek yogurt, honey, orange juice and zest in it. Nothing sugary or fattening at all. Just dip your fave fruits in it and you have a great healthy snack to chase away those sweet cravings.
Yes this delicious fruit dip is yummy and amazing with your favorite fruits, but I’m not gonna lie: It ain’t no cookie or donut. I wish it worked that way, like, hey I just ate this fruit and dip and now I totally am fine not having that cupcake. It doesn’t work like that. It’s not a magic dip, but it is really a delicious dip. So make a bowl of this healthy fruit dip and get your healthy snacking on.
- 1⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract
- Stir together all ingredients in a small serving bowl.
- Cover and chill until ready to eat.
- Dip with your favorite fruit or pretzels.
